Family craft night is a time for parents and their children to spend an evening together engaged in creative pursuits.  The premise is that the child is the artist during these sessions and his/her ideas should be encouraged to take flight. Parents are encouraged to support and to provide assistance when needed.  The goal is for kids to "put their imagination on paper" and leave the session with a signed work of art.  It is primarily a time for families to get together, out of the house, in a neutral environment, to spend quality time together.  This is an informal evening, i.e. no guided instruction.  Art supplies provided by the West Plains Art Center!
